What is a multimedia eBook?
A multimedia eBook is a book that is delivered electronically, over the
internet, with learning material, sound clips, images are packed into
the advanced electronic media format. When you purchase a
multimedia e-book you are given a link to download the book
immediately.
How will I receive my
multimedia eBook?
With your order confirmation you will receive a web-link for
downloading and viewing your multimedia e-book. When you click on this
link you will be taken to download the book immediately.
Can I view the multimedia
eBook more than once?
Yes, you can view your multimedia eBook as often as you like.
Do I always have to be
connected to the internet to view my e-book?
You have to register the ebook at
the very first time after it is downloaded.
Hence, during the registration, you have to be connected to
the
internet. But, after the ebook have been registered, you
may access it anytime
you like offline.
Can I print out the
multimedia eBook I purchase?
Yes. Your multimedia eBook allows you to print out if you like.
What if I am unable to
download my multimedia eBook?
If you are seeing a server error notice you may need to disable your
anit-virus software or your firewalls while you download your book. You
can reactivate them after your e-book is downloaded.
Can I download a multimedia
e-Book if I am using a dial up connection?
Yes, however with a large file it may take several minutes to download.
What if I am unable to
access my downloaded multimedia eBook?
If you're having problem running our multimedia eBook or having problem
accessing some of the chapters, the most probable cause was due to the
sound clips problem. Because our sound clips require Adobe
Flash Player ActiveX to produce the sound and mostly likely your
computer system may not have it installed yet.
To resolve the problem, when prompt to whether want to install the
'Adobe Flash Player Installer', click 'Install' to install the Flash
Player into your computer.
If the problem still exists, please manually install the following
Flash Player:
Adobe
Flash Player ActiveX
Once
it is downloaded, you will have the 'swflash' file at your destination
holder. Double click the 'swflash' and you will see the
'FP_AX_CAB_INSTALLER.exe'. Again, double click
'FP_AX_CAB_INSTALLER.exe' and you will have the Flash Player ActiveX
installed in your computer.
Can I view an multimedia
eBook with a Mac?
Yes, if you're a Mac user, you may want to download our multimedia
eBook in Mac version so you can view it with a Mac.
